Halbig Lawn & Landscaping LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Halbig Lawn & Landscaping LLC. By hiring us for lawn care, landscaping, or related services, the client agrees to the following:

🌿 1. Services Provided

We offer lawn care, landscaping, planting, maintenance, cleanup, and related outdoor services.

Service details, frequency, and pricing will be outlined in your estimate or service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or violate these Terms.

🌿 2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions differ.
Additional work requested by the client will be billed separately.
Prices may be adjusted annually or as needed due to material, fuel, or labor cost changes.
Sales tax may apply where required.

🌿 3. Scheduling & Access

Service dates may vary due to weather, equipment issues, or seasonal conditions.
You agree to provide access to the property on scheduled service days.
If we cannot access the property (locked gates, pets, vehicles, etc.), a trip charge may apply.

🌿 4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Card
Late payments may incur fees.
Returned checks or failed payments may result in additional charges.

We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services for unpaid balances.

🌿 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice.
Same‑day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
For recurring services, cancellation must be submitted in writing.

🌿 6. Property Conditions & Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Remove toys, hoses, pet waste, and obstacles before service
Keep pets secured
Notify us of irrigation lines, invisible fences, or underground utilities

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.

🌿 7. Weather & Seasonal Conditions

Weather may impact service quality or scheduling.

We do not mow or perform certain services during unsafe or damaging conditions (e.g., saturated lawns, storms, extreme heat).

🌿 8. Plant Material & Warranty

Plant health depends on proper watering and care after installation.
We are not responsible for plant loss due to neglect, pests, disease, weather, or soil conditions outside our control.
Any warranties will be stated in writing on your estimate or invoice.

🌿 9. Equipment Safety

For everyone’s safety:

Please keep children and pets indoors while equipment is in use.
Do not approach workers while machinery is operating.

🌿 10. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our operations.

However, we are not liable for:

Pre‑existing property damage
Damage caused by unsafe or hidden conditions
Losses due to weather, pests, or acts of nature
Indirect or consequential damages

🌿 11. Photos & Marketing

We may take before‑and‑after photos of work performed for documentation and marketing purposes.

No identifying personal information will be shared.

If you prefer not to have photos used, please notify us in writing.

🌿 12. Termination of Services

We may terminate services for:

Non‑payment
Unsafe conditions
Repeated access issues
Violation of these Terms

You may terminate recurring services with written notice.

🌿 13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted or provided upon request.
